I'm not sure if you consider this a resource but I offer functional movement training at my Pilates Studio in Oak Hill. I am a for-profit business but I try to keep my prices low and competitive so as not to exclude people. I am a nationally trained Pilates teacher and I specialize in helping people regain their physical abilities so they can continue to do the things they love to do. I also run wellness programs to help people make positive health changes in their lives. This comes with some nutrition coaching as well as other wellness components that affect someone's health - sleep, stress, exercise, hormones, etc...
