USDA Rural Development

The United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development provides funding for a multitude of rural activities. The Webster County Community Fund provides grants to Webster County Entities and Programs. The Cowen Area Community Fund is under the Webster County Community Fund and provides annual grants to Cowen area projects.
